  4. One must remember that patients 
  5. interested in wearing contact lenses 
  6. can have any ocular problem that any 
  7. other patient might have including 
  8. retinal disease, glaucoma, and 
  9. neurological disorders.  Therefore, 
  10. a complete internal examination 
  11. including direct ophthalmoscopy, 
  12. indirect binocular ophthalmoscopy 
  13. and 90 D. lens, as well as other 
  14. indicated tests may be required.
